Migrating to UNIGINE 2.0
Major changes:
- Removed support for DirectX 9, OpenGL ES 2.0, PlayStation3, WebGL, WinRT.
- .mesh, .smesh, .sanim mesh file formats are replaced with .mesh and .anim.
- Improved usability of UnigineEditor.
- New Unigine SDK browser.
- A default mesh_base material is replaced with mesh_pbr_base.
- Updated UnigineScript functions.
- Updated C++ API functions.
UnigineEditor changes
In UNIGINE 2.0, some changes of UnigineEditor has been made:
- Now UnigineEditor has separate binary executable editor_*.exe file.
- UnigineEditor can use the same Unigine config *.cfg file with Unigine engine application main_*.exe.
- A fullscreen mode support has been removed.
- An App plugins support has been removed.
- UnigineEditor interface changes.
To open UnigineEditor for your project, click the Edit Content button in the Unigine SDK Browser.
