[SOLVED] Transparent, but shadows are cast on it

Hi. I'd like to have a surface with some odd properties and I was wondering if it is possible. It would be a plane which was transparent but (critically) shadows cast on it are non-transparent.

 

The idea is to save out an image and composite it in a separate package but have the Player/Actors able to cast shadows.

 

Is it possible?
