Textures not initialized on application startup

We recently migrated our application to 2.6.1 from 2.3.1 and its observed that on the application launch white overlay is flashed while terrain is getting loaded.

Further investigation shows that there are few textures which are not initialized on startup 

  • TEX_DENSITY
  • TEX_NOISE
  • TEX_VOLUME

on the next frame they are set and terrain looks correct. Is there any way we can initialize it on time?
