Cutscene Editor - Animation keyframer

I know this is already on many peoples requests for the next build but thought it would good to suggest features people would like to see in the cutscene editor. All i know so far is that is will be similar to UDK Matinee.

 

Some features we would like:

 

- ability to create and edit beziers in Ungine

- movement on splines created in Max (or other) or creation of beziers in Unigine.

- keyframed animation with object linking.

- import of keyframed animation from the 3dsmax timeline (or other package). (not sure how hard this would be)

- abillity to loop or stop animations, out of range

- ability to change the total timeline length and restart when the timeline reaches its end.

- material animation.

As for me, we need .smesh file animation editor, not just Skinner for your animation system. There should be a function to remove some bones or export part of the skeleton, re-scale, edit timeline, etc.

Why not to rig the model properly for the cinematics? Many games have separate models for the gameplay itself and for the cinematics. They are different. Rigged differently, have different set of animations, different polycount, etc. etc.
