Looks like z-fighting artefacts caused by the floor plane of your model and the default ground plane in the world. Try disabling the default ground_plane node with that 'checkers' pattern. 

As for the second video, seems like 2 planes with different materials are too close to each other. Try disabling the corresponding surfaces separately (to have only one of them enabled at the moment) and see if these artefacts disappear.
