In recent sdk releases, there are binaries for 3dvision and 3dsurround, but the there is no source for this, does these source removed from source distribution?

These files use proprietary NVIDIA API, we need permission from your NVIDIA account manager to provide you access to the source files.

If you aren't a registered NVIDIA developer yet, you can apply here: http://developer.nvidia.com/join-nvidia-registered-developer-program

Unfortunately, there are still no stereo required functions in public NVApi library. 3DVision and 3DSurround stereo launchers depends on this functions.

Not all API functions are in public access. At least, not the ones that Unigine uses to render its 3D Vision mode stereo. In any case, you can use the already compiled binaries from SDK (they are customized completely via our scripts).
