Alternatives to Visual Studio

For C# projects, Is there alternatives like Mono that could be used instead of having to use Visual Studio.
Community Edition has also revenue limits where you must pay to use it.

Actually, there aren't many options available out there. Consider trying out Rider which seems to be a popular alternative based on community feedback. At least It appears more frequently than others :) Another option is Visual Studio Code which is simpler than Visual Studio and free to use I believe.
