I'm starting a video Series to showcase the many procedural 3D grammars I've developed over a decade and half (and growing), integrated in many real-time engines (including Unigine) for many of my clients applications. the first one is an example of the US geotypical building grammar integrated in a Unigine demo world with geo-specific landscapeTerrain, all buildings being shape/height/typology correlated to imagery.
