Texture memory size increase casuses FPS drop

I ve tried to change memory size in Landscape settings from 0.4 to 1 and it causes cca 30% FPS drop. May GPU has 11GB of memory, so putting there whole 3,1GB shouldnt be problem. Is this expected behaviour?

I ve tried that in beta and also in latest version. You can take latest revision and try that in esq\data\esqworld\demo_test.world

edit: Put it on hold, I am not able to replicate again.
