morbid
Hello Zhu, Size of the generated object depends on the landcover mask resolution (in meters per pixel). This behavior can't be changed by a user. Where's exactly is the problem? Thank you. zhu.jun
ok I generated the terrain with landscape tools. The terrain generate is 10km x 10km Added mask , generated trees. .but The area of the tree is too large, The terrain is only four trees.. I want to make the area of each tree smaller, the trees generated by a terrain, the area more. Link to comment
morbid
You mean that your object stores only 4 models, but the size is too big, right? Unfortunately, Landscape can't automatically optimize this. You have two options: Manually change Mask Image and resize it to desired area. Manually replace this clutter with another and draw a mask in the Unigine Editor. Thank you. zhu.jun
But in the official demo. "tank 2.71 demo" has 16. How are the trees in this demo generated? Link to comment
morbid
Sorry, I don't understand. 16 what? Trees? Terrain for that demo was made by our artists manually, some objects were scattered via Landscape Tool, then configured by hand. zhu.jun
In my project, all the trees are generated by landscape tools. There are only four child nodes. The area is too large. 2.71 demo has 16 and too small 755x755 and this demo It can't be opened. very need this demo very much. Unigine's interaction with trees and grass is too complicated. Writing some FPS games, such as shooting, is not very simple too have reminder settings for community replies? Connect to my email I'm usually busy with my work. I'm not always in the forum. morbid
Clutter or Grass size is always calculated automatically and depends on two factors: Play Area size Mask density In any case, you'll get as a result 4096 x 4096 raster mask for grass or clutter. The max size of the object = landcover density * 4096. This wouldn't affect anything in your scene. 2 hours ago, zhu.jun said: and this demo It can't be opened. very need this demo very much. Tank demo is available in 2.7.2.1 only. You can copy it via SDK Browser and manually upgrade to the 2.9. 2 hours ago, zhu.jun said: have reminder settings for community replies?
