danni.coy Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Currently we are doing very large scenes in which distant objects need to be visible zfar is set to ~50,000 znear often needs to be reasonably close. We are getting artifacts in our occlusion pass due to this - see attached image. We don't necessarily need to run occlusion on distant objects. Is it possible to set the far distance for the occlusion pass to something other than the players zfar value? If not this would be a very welcome addition Link to comment
