angus Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 In the new 2.5 SDK, setting a mask on lights and surfaces does not appear to work. Reproduce-by: Create new project in 2.5 Select default ball and, on the surfaces tab of the node editor, set the light mask away from 00000001 Observe that the default ball still casts a shadow, even though the sun's light mask does not overlap with the default ball's mask.
