add two type of simple sky to ObjectSky

Currently, the sky and cloud are dynamical, how about add two more type of sky like mesh_leaf_base,

 

Add SkyDome and SkyCube to object sky just like leaves have billboard and geometry. Sky dome/cube are much more easy than current sky, but also have much real sky beacuse we can use texture generated by Vue or other software. Also, the Sky Dome/Cube don't need complex shader.

UNIGINE already provides capability for assigning static cubemap to skybox. Its e.g. used within OilRush game. See this post for activation.
