jason.hopwood
So you're saying that the starter cant make any landscapes at all, whats the point of the starter if I can't use those other features? I look at the docs and it doesnt mention anything that I need this Sim thing https://developer.unigine.com/en/docs/2.2.1/ Please explain, also this is incorrect too There is a new website dedicated to UNIGINE Sim: sim.unigine.com (available in English, Russian and Chinese) Link to comment
silent
Hi Jason, In starter edition you can create large landscapes only manually by creating multiple ObjectTerrain pieces and blending heights between them. Landscape tool for large areas (20x20km and more) is available only in Sim edition. Differences between editions you can find on our web site: http://unigine.com/en/get-unigine sim.unigine.com website is no longer exists, all the information is available on our main web site: unigine.com Please, don't hesitate to contact us via licensing@unigine.com if you have any question about licensing policy and SDK editions. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. 1 How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN Link to comment
