[SOLVED] cannot download from developer portal

I cannot download unigine SDK from the developer portal and it gives me the following message:

 

It looks the ip address is same in this warning message:

 

You can't download from the mirror because your IP address on the Developer Portal(124.207.155.85) does not match the IP address used for the downloading server(124.207.155.85).

Hi Ian,

We are currently investigating this issue. Probably, the addresses are indeed different, but the error message itself not correct.

Could you please check your VPN or Proxy settings and confirm that for developer.unigine.com and developer-assets-cn.unigine.com the same IP address is used.

For temporary fix you can switch CDN server to the Netherlands in your profile: https://developer.unigine.com/en/personal

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

UPD #1: There was incorrect error message showing the same IP address. Right now it should be fixed. Please, configure your proxy or vpn server to avoid changing the IP address between two web sites.

Hi Silent,

 

I am using SDK browser instead, but after I uninstall the PBR 2.0beta addon, I cannot install it back from the browser. 

This is another issue.

Hi Ian,

 

According to the devlog PBR Addon is now a part of internal material system, so it was removed completely. In this case you need to migrate your old project content manually. Please, check this migration guide: https://developer.unigine.com/en/docs/1.0/start/sdk/addons/pbr

 

There is also a small bug in current SDK Browser, that will not copy updated core.ung / scripts.ung / editor.ung for the old projects. We are planning to release a hotfix for this soon.
