Can't say right now if they will be added in the next SDK update. About route_03 sample - I'm afraid this is known issue. You can try to use 3rd party pathfinding plugins like Recast/Detour (https://developer.unigine.com/forum/topic/3034-recastdetour-meets-unigine/) or recastnavigation (https://github.com/memononen/recastnavigation).
