cem.orsel Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Hi, we have a truck model as a whole mesh file, and I want to split its wheels and some other parts as seperate objects (and perhaps engine.editor.saveNode them) so I can create JointWheels etc. Parts do appear as seperare surfaces, I only want to tear apart these surfaces as new objects. Is there a suggested way to do this? (I can't manually text edit .mesh file either, I think it's in binary form) Thanks. Link to comment

We only can suggest you to reexport some parts of your truck separately into different meshes. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
