add some functions to engine.app

Hi, 

They are some missing functionally inside engine.app who will interesting. 
 

1) Give the position of the window when Unigine start, It's possible to do similar things with Interface but the Unigine window it's open in (0x0) and It's visible on OSX the change of the window position at the beginning. Could be really nice to have something similar to video_width and video_height with the position video_posx  and video_posy.
The objectif it's the possibility to start Unigine directly centered in the Desktop when Unigine start.

2) Window have some trouble with the maximized window and the resolution. If on window we grab the size of the width and height when the window is maximized. It's impossible when we restart Unigine to make it maximized.
