still having performance problems with Interface plugin.

This isn't reproducible all the time. But will show up on a computer

on a fairly empty scene

 

direct3d11

without the interface plugin loaded 

~80fps

with interface plugin loaded but no windows open

~50fps

with 2 or 3 windows open

~25 fps

with openGL and no windows open 

~60fps

 

Something is obviously going wrong here, but I have no idea what or what to do next

Hi,

It's a known issue but difficult to reproduce.

We work on it and it would be helpful if you can provide DXDIAG from the machine where you can reproduce this performance drop.

On one machine, I recall this happened in opengl/win7 as well.

 

We will try and get dx diagnostics from the other machine.

 

Interestingly, this problem went away on one machine but showed up on another where it was not an issue before.
