Terrain Mesh Indexing Order

Problem

 

Mesh indexing order for patches with holes is opposite to indexing order for patches without holes. This causes different surface topologies for (un-)holed patch variant which might lead to rendering artifacts with overlayed, surface-aligned geometry (e.g. roads)

Uniform indexing schema "bottom-left -> top-right"
