[SOLVED] add ability to handle inherited materials in Tracker.

I think unigine's material inheritance is a good feature compared to other engine. also the Tracker is a good feature, combined these two are not so good.

 

for example I want to create a material fading in effect for about 10 object separately, and they all use one same material but fading in different time. But current tracker don't support the surface's inherited material, so If I want to make this animation, I have to create 10 sub or inherited material then use Tracker directly with this material.

 

This is a complex work for a large scene's objects' fade in/out animation.

 

So, is it possible to use Tracker directly on mesh surface's inherited material instead of material in material library?

wow~~~ thanks a lot for this. this would be much much more usefull

 

just tested, although it's just a few parameters can be used in tracker, but for now, those parameters are enough for inherited materials on objects.
