Material name filter in the Material editor dialog

We have a lot of autogenerated materials from 3rd party models - we don't have control over the captialisation or otherwise of the names.

Two things would be really help make this feature a lot more useful.

1) make the filtering case insenstive

2) search for any material containing the string not just materials starting with the string.
