brett.morris Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Does anyone have any suggestions of how to make realistic rain effects using the ObjectParticle class when moving at high speed? I have an rain node attached to the player with Emitter based turned off so the player moved through the particles, however there is no sensation of speed. Link to comment

The core idea is to tilt the cone (or in your case maybe the particle system) in a speed-dependent manner to support the illusion of higher travelling speeds. Link to comment
