arizmenda Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Hi, Could you please check if you are logged into the website? Usually, the "Get for Free" button indicates that you are not logged in. Otherwise, the button would say "Download Package", and then the list of available packages opens. Thanks.
Gordon.Shumway Posted January 22 Author Posted January 22 (edited) Hello, Yes, I am logged into the website. It looks like the signing in mechanism is broken. After I have logged in, I still see the "SIGN IN" button at the top right corner of the "https://store.unigine.com" page. If I click this button again it simply reloads the page as if I am already logged in. When I clicked this button for the first time, it offered me to enter username and password. So, the website thinks that I am logged in and not logged in at the same time. Edited January 22 by Gordon.Shumway
arizmenda Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Could you please clarify if the addons are still unavailable for download even when you are logged into the website? Try pressing Ctrl + F5 before opening the addon's page. Also, let us know which browser you are using and in what mode. We will try to look into the issue on our side, see if we find any errors.
Gordon.Shumway Posted January 22 Author Posted January 22 (edited) Yes, the add-ons are still unavailable after I sign into the 'https://store.unigine.com' website. My internet browsers are Mozilla Firefox 134.0.2 and Microsoft Edge 132.0.2957.115. In both of these browsers I see the same result. Pressing Ctrl+F5 does not change the situation. I have also tried the Private Browsing mode in Firefox, it does not help. Edited January 22 by Gordon.Shumway 1
arizmenda Posted January 23 Posted January 23 So far, we have not been able to reproduce the issue, but we are continuing to investigate the behavior. I am attaching a video demonstrating the login process on the website and the add-on download. Could you provide sort of a timestamp where the process fails for you?
