[SOLVED] Problem between joint and body.

i think this problem appeared only small object.

(object size in 3dsmax : Length 0.148, Width 0.229, Height0.471)

 

but my project must use little physics boxs.

 

first object set dummy.

 

second object set rigidbody.

 

and i set balljoint between two objects.

 

but second body scale changed zero.

 

and i can't changed other value(not zero).

 

i attached some screenshot, and used objects.

I solved problem by "Shapes-based mass parameters" option in Body.

 

I was disable the option, and set mass and inertia manually.

 

and i did not make shapes.

 

I think, this problem come from shapes.

 

and i attached setting values by screenshot.

Is the problem solved in the end?

In case you still got problems with these small boxes, you can increase mass/density to stabilize body-joint system. And try decreasing Angular damping (Angular parameter); it can be a very small value. Actually, the smaller it is the better in your case.
