Linux minimal system requirements changes: GLIBC 2.28+ is required starting from UNIGINE 2.19 SDK

The upcoming UNIGINE 2.19 release will be the final version to support Debian 9, which reached its end-of-life date on June 30, 2022. All Debian 9-based distributions will no longer be supported (including Astra Linux 1.6).

The new build environment will be based on Debian 10 (GCC 8.3, GLIBC 2.28). This will enable us to enhance support for certain third-party components, such as CUDA and Vulkan compatibility.
