[SOLVED] what Screen space effect is this?

(in the attached files) Do you see the weird god rays like effect behind the human model. It turns off when i disable screen space effects. but which specific one is it? and how do i turn it off without just turning off all the other screen space effects.

This is Screen-Space Shadow Shafts.

You can tune or disable them in Windows -> Settings -> Environment:
