Try this: create an app with two windows A and B, which can be docked together and minimized position A and B on screen, side by side (no overlap), visibly. check that moving B over A will trigger the docking overlay, but don't dock them, just visually check now minimize A. It's no longer visible move B again where A was previously: the docking will also kick in, as if the window was still here. This is VERY annoying, because it prevent us to move windows freely. We need to first resize or move out of the way the other windows before minimizing it. Link to comment

It has been already fixed in our internal builds and we hope would work just fine in the upcoming 2.17 update.
