2.16b CIGI Symbol incomplete support

Hi, 2.16b CIGI Text symbol support is incomplete and lacks some important features for us:

• MAJOR Text Font size is in screen pixel instead of being in the unit defined by the vertical axis
• MAJOR Text Alignment is not supported
• MINOR Text Orientation is not supported
• MINOR Text Font ID is not supported
• MINOR Control State "Hidden" is ignored
• MAJOR Definition Perspective Growth is ignored

More likely part of CIGI Symbol improvements would be implemented in 2.16.1 release since we have no time slots for new features left for the current version.
