Water artefacts and blinking

After update to 2.14.1, water meshes started to slightly shake, blink and have some other visual artefacts (this is default plane with default water material):

Hello,
I have the same problem with the 2.14.1 version.
I have resolved some artifact without using #define USE_OLD_TRANSFORM in core/shaders/water/mesh/vertex/deferred.vert.
