RoVR treadmill movement mapping

Testing RoVR 2 treadmill for locomotion in SteamVR, I struggle to make it work in a simple demo project.

I have mapped the audio input as rovr in Win 10, in SteamVR bindings for the specific app the controller is the rovr and is mapped as left thumbstick value.

The rovr signals are recognized from SteamVR, still I can't move in VR.

Can someone please test using his standard dirvers and dashboard, as input can be used any sound source even whistling in a microphone.
