I want to use the new terrain material.

Hello.

 

before asking a few question, I thank you for new terrain system.

it's very pretty terrain and material system.

 

after having done basic test, I know that I need the terrain material.

I want to use it to the ObjectMeshDynamic or ObjectMesh.

 

so I'm wondering, Is there any way to use the new terrain material?

if there is no way, do you have any plan for updating the material?

I hope you to tell me a way or have a plan. :)

right, this would be very usefull for seamless stiching of high-detail mesh insets into terrain holes. Ideally such a mesh insets with initialized diffuse/mask textures could be directly exported from the terrain export dialog.

Ok, It's not bad.. :)

But, I have plan to make a tool as an automatic generator.

majority of jobs is computed, but a few jobs still need a directly edting.

the material system will be used at that case.

mesh_terrain_base material is ready.

Works in same way as terrain_base but there's no triplanar state.

BTW, When will I be able to see the mesh_terrain_base material?

I hope to hear the plan when it'll be updated.

It will be available within the next Unigine SDK update in a month.
