When you accessing /account/reset_pass you will be authenticated using randomly generated key and your current privileges will be drop. That's why we restricted access to this page for authorized users. If you need to update password for new user, you have two options: 1) Logout, follow link from mail and set new password 2) If you are company admin, go to https://developer.unigine.com/account/profile/{login here}, click 'edit' and set new password. I've updated 403 error message for this case. Link to comment
