topvip27 Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 Dear administrator, The company has now accepted a CAVE display event, which uses an LED screen as a background screen. Its front screen is semicircular and the ground screen is square. However, UNIGINE can only use GenerationMesh.usc to generate MESH, ResourceEditor can only view Mesh, and cannot import MESH files made by other software, and can only use planes for setting and cannot use radian patches. How should I deal with the image connection between the front curved screen and the ground screen to ensure the correct display of the image
silent Posted November 16, 2020 Posted November 16, 2020 What is your planned hardware setup? Do you plan to use Syncker in order to spread the rendering across the multiple PCs or do you plan to use the single PC and output to different screens from a single GPU? How many video outputs do you plan to use? I can see on the screenshot that you are trying to create 3 + 1 (4 screens total) rendering setup, but what about the resolution? The vertical screens (if you plan to use the 3 outputs) will have much higher resolution in that case and it will not match the floor screen. Can you give more details about this? Is there any detailed information about the physical dimensions of this construction? Thanks! alexander Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Hi topvip27, How should I deal with the image connection between the front curved screen and the ground screen to ensure the correct display of the image You need to do: 1) Place screens something like this: 2) Use the AppProjection plugin to warp these three vertical screens: Best regards, Alexander 1
