davide445 Posted July 18, 2020 Posted July 18, 2020 (edited) Was looking how to render this kind of animation of a single source spinning Esporting the attached map I'm able to generate the animation using a particle system, but the source is always moving and I need have to have initial particle velocity >0 otherwise nothing is shown. Also didn't find a way to simply loop the animation so that is simply spawned at the rate the particles are, being either discontinuous, or superimposing different animations. Wondering if particles sysrtem are the right path or there is a way to setup a sprite/animated gif to be shown. Edited July 18, 2020 by davide445
silent Posted July 20, 2020 Posted July 20, 2020 davide445 With 2.12 SDK update (this Jul) you will have more control for particles parameters. Additionally, motion vectors support will be added to particles material. I would recommend to wait and test your generated textures in the 2.12 SDK. Updated particles samples will be also included, so you can check the motion vector usage as well. Thanks!
