davide445 Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 (edited) Created a node for trees impostors that need to be spawn over a specific mask, but in fact they are cut off at a certain height Using the Mask Terrain to control his position, but changing Size X and Y and all the other parameters change the appearance but not the fact the trees are not applied below that level. The mask of course is extended on all the surface up to the bottom point of the Terrain. Edited July 10, 2020 by davide445

davide445 Posted July 8, 2020 Author Posted July 8, 2020 (edited) Hello morbid, already tried a bit all the options I can think about, included the Angle to 0. Indeed increase the coverage, but not below previous level Tried increasing size, changing step, subdivision, Treshold do 0, Min visibility to 0, min fade to 150, disabled thinning, etc. Attached the height map and the mask I'm using to positioning the trees height_mask.rar Edited July 8, 2020 by davide445
werner.poetzelberger Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 Just what I see from here, your clutter object ends here and has a very weird rotation ... Did u position it correctly?

I didn't create any cutter object... The problem is exactly this one, they are "cutted off" at this strange height and I didn't understand why

davide445 Posted July 10, 2020 Author Posted July 10, 2020 I was testing your ObjectGrass in my original Landscape and give the same problems, so something odd was going on in my Landscape setup. Returning back to the origin, I noticed you have all on 0,0,0 so I tried to restore to 0 on the Landscape (I have rotated it for reasons I didn't remeber and so all other elements are also shifted and/or rotated respect the origin). In this way after resetting the Mask Terrain and recreating the Details all is fine 1
