Mychael
Is it possible to run Unigine (community edition) without an active internet connection (after license activation)? I can't launch anything (even the release executable) if I am not connected or if my internet/wifi is not connected. It says license not found and shuts down. I tried changing the license but the button is greyed out. Running on windows 8.1 and visual studio 2019 (I don't think that matters?). Link to comment
morbid
Hello, Community version has no offline activation. You need active internet connection for license check. Release build of an app will run without this limitations. 46 minutes ago, Mychael said: I can't launch anything (even the release executable) Make sure you have switched engine to "release" in the project settings. By default, it uses development binaries that include profiling tools. Thanks. Mychael
I switched the engine to "relelase" and now the release executable runs - but I still can't use the editor (no license). Link to comment
silent
SDK Browser should be running in background and you should be logged into your account (don't close it while you working with Editor). Mychael
Great. It appears to be working. That was the only issue I had so far. Thank you. Link to comment

silent
Right now we do not plan to introduce offline mode to the Community edition. How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN Link to comment
