stefan.andres
Hi Folks, I downloaded the new Community Edition a few days ago, and tried to figure out how to get water interaction going with the GlobalWater object. I was searching the forums, and found several answers mentioning some wave samples and the "Oil Platform Demo" sample available via the SDK Browser. But I cannot find this sampls! Were they removed ? Or are they not available under the community license? PS: tried the eval some time ago, and I remember that the OilPlatform Demo was there then. Best Regards Stefan Link to comment
silent
Hi Stefan, Yes, this demo was included before, but now we've moved it to the Engineering / Sim editions. You still can use ObjectWaterGlobal and beaufort states, though :) How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN Link to comment
davide445
@silent since demos are now an asset with a differential value, will be fair on my side if you highlight the available demos in the licensing options page. As owner of the Entertainment license I cannot be pleased to discover I have less than before, with +50% costs and other limitations. Even the Engineering seems to me poorer than before. But waiting for answers from your Account. Edited April 16, 2020 by davide445 1 Link to comment
