david.sanda
2.8.0.1 When in Editor ->Windows->Settings trying to change controls keybinding or hotkeys, i get this error QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified and changes are not saved and i do not get em on restart. QFSFileEngine is not mentioned in any docs, i only get it as a symbol in qt5 library. I have a project, where these controls are unset and a project,s where they are set. I see no difference in the projects unfortunately and i do not know what file is it looking for. Saving of other parameters work, once i set cache directory to somewhere accessible, but controls changes are still not persisted. Edited June 23, 2019 by david.sanda extra info Link to comment
morbid
Hello David, It's a bug, thank you for reporting. Unfortunately, I can't offer you a workaround. Engine itself doesn't save customized controls. We'll fix this in the future updates. 1 How to submit a good bug report --- FTP server for test scenes and user uploads: ftp://files.unigine.com user: upload password: 6xYkd6vLYWjpW6SN Link to comment
david.sanda
Any advice on how to fix this, when the controls are all set to null? What file do i need to replace? Link to comment
morbid
You can delete all config and cache files: bin\unigine.cfg data\editor.cache data\unigine.cache C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Unigine\Editor\editor1.1.cfg But how you managed to bind NULL value?
