rkh1206 Posted August 22, 2017 Posted August 22, 2017 I have a question. I'm using that Unigine engine 2.4.1 and 3dsmax 2015. How can i know for hierarchy structure in exported mesh. I exported two character that have the same hierarchical structure. The hierarchical structure to be the same looks different for each character. what's the difference beween 'image_a' and 'image_b' so i wonder why this is happening and if there's any elements(difference hierarchy structure) to affect this. how can i sesolve this problem? attached 3dsmax files and screenshot image. thanks
silent Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Hi, If you can send us two models - we can check what's the difference between them. Also, you can try to use FBX import and see if this will help in your case. Thanks! morbid Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Hello! Unfortunately, there is a bug in UnigineMesh plugin for 3ds max. By the way, this plugin is no longer supported. Just use Export -> fbx in 3ds max and then Import -> FBX File in Unigine editor. That should work fine for your case. Thank you for feedback!
