Terrain layer texture blend distance

Ability to manualy set distance for blending terrain layer textures into refined/coarse texture. Currently it is cca 2000m.

 

+Some performance save in case of closer distance for blending (less blends)

+Decrease number of terrain textures (I can solve texture tiling by putting refined textures much sooner instead of adding detail texture)

+Increase visual quality (preserving quality from close distance by limiting usage of detail textures - if I use detail texture to solve tiling from distance, it ruins quality from close distance, which is problem for FPS/3rd person game).

I will add this feature request to our internal bug tracker. However, can't guarantee right now that all these features will be implemented, sorry.
