Rob Posted August 29, 2012 Share Posted August 29, 2012 I created palm trees for our level but as soon as the player moves out of the max visible distance of the trees and the player moves back to the trees it takes ages for the trees to pop back into the scene even when I move right next to the trees and set the fade distance from 0 to 1 for example I can see the trees pop back into the scene 1 by 1 and it takes about 10 seconds for all the trees to load back in even tho there are only about 30 of these trees, I tried adding LOD's but this didnt help either The trees are using a mesh cluster on a 8193x8193 terrain with a mask 1024x1024 mask Link to comment
