[SOLVED] how to correctly rotate or mirror/flip a character's facing direction?

I try to use a already modeled and bipped character in 3dsmax, but after export to unigine and move it with tracker, no matter what option I used, the following x/y/z, the character always facing to wrong direction.

 

So I just tried to use character studio's Move all Mode button to rotate the character by 180 degrees. then when I export the smesh, very strange things happened , the character only have 1 triangle. I also tried the Move all Mode's collapse button. always the same, the character only have 1 triangle.. But if I don't use this, the exported smesh are correct.

 

So How can I rotated this character model?
