I strongly suggest Unigine implement a mechanism that sends a call stack to Team Unigine on crashing so that these issues can be troubleshooted. That is what we do for when our game crashes on client machines, and a lot of time we are able to find the root cause from the callstack. I know certain engines do this, as does Windows etc. Link to comment
