ken.mayfield Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 Entering property values in the node editor is something that needs to be done quickly and repetitively for tweaking, especially with FX. Currently when I type a value and press enter (on the num pad for example) the cursor is left at the end of the numeric value. Once this happens, when I type more numbers, they get appended to the end of the value (such as 10.0105... when I want 10.5 as a new value). The only way around this is to move my hand to the mouse, and drag/select the entire value, or press shift+home each time I want to change a value. The easy solution is to auto-select the value in the field, so when a new value is typed, it overrides the previous one. Simple, but would save me a lot of time grabbing for the mouse.
