opribula
Hi, I came across an issue regarding fullscreen mode Repro steps : 1. Create & run new project 2. console -> video_mode_6 (1920 x 1080 - native screen resolution) 3. console -> video_fullscreen 1 Result : Image looks pixelated. I used printscreen to get the screenshot - video_grab command saved the screen as if there was no issue. Engine version : 2.15.1 Community Adapter : GeForce 1050 Ti OS : Windows 10 Any idea what may be causing this ? Thanks (pixelated image - grabbed using printscreen) (correct image - borderless mode) ("pixelated" image - grabbed using video_grab) Edited September 23, 2022 by opribula adding image descriptions Link to comment
silent
opribula Is there any chance that you have DPI scale enabled for that display? You can check in Display Settings (right click on Windows Desktop) -> Scale and Layout. If you will set DPI Scale to 100% - will be there any changes? Thanks! opribula
It looks like the issue is indeed related to DPI scaling. Scale and layout on the main screen is set to 100% (Recommended), but the screen is being duplicated onto another device that has recommended 150% scale and layout. Issue occurs for every size setting on the second device, it goes away when the device is disconnected or is extending the desktop (instead of duplication). Link to comment
