After uninstalling the usb from the computer and putting it back in, it works normally. Updating the motherboard bios does not resolve it. Problems occur primarily on the desktop. silent Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 dongju.jeong Try to update your motherboard USB drivers and make sure that you have disabled USB sleep setting. Also you can try to use external USB Hub with external power to see if this will change anything. Thanks!
