Pierre_Bultingaire
Hi, I want to create a storm for my Unigine project (currently using 2.15.1), I used the two types of lightnings provided by the weather samples add-on but to make my storm more realistic I wanted to add more flashes when there is a lightning. In order to do that, I wanted to spawn a bright LighOmni or LightProj for a very short time to flash my CloudLayer but the light doesn't affect the cloud, it stays dark (it affects well my ground when the intensity and distance are really high) Is it possible to do that flash effect with this type of light ? Or change something in the render sequence ? Regards, Pierre Link to comment
silent
Hi Pierre, Currently clouds supports light receiving only from WorldLight source. No Omni / Proj sources can be used for that. We do have plans for adding more light receiving sources, but it may take some time due to overall complexity of the clouds object. Thanks!
