Assets runtime count

Hi! I am developing functionality to make unique copy of one world to another. I need to make copy of material and it's textures. If texture asset is tga - it will have two runtimes in meta file - one is tga, another is dds. Is this the only possible scenario? Or there could be more runtimes somehow?
