Editor doesn't support multi-monitors well

See, I have two monitors and I'd like to place the editor viewport at the main monitor while placing other windows at the secondary monitor. The problem occurs on the windows placed at the secondary monitor.

When I start the editor first time, I arrange the windows at the secondary monitor like this:

When I start the editor second time, the windows become:

See?

The positon of the windows is changed. The shape of the third window is changed too.

Everytime I start the editor, this problem occurs and I have to re-arrange the windows.

There is bug in layout manager that partially tied to the current Qt version is being used. We have this ticket already in our internal bug tracker, hope to be resolved as soon as we will move to a newer Qt version and do some small window manager refactoring.
